Running of the Bride.

Ahh...a peaceful Sunday morning at home. Until the dog and cat wake Hannah up (again) by jumping on her bed and playfully sniffing and swiping at her with their paws...

* * *

I had a fantabulous time last weekend while "home." The dress shopping was fun/hilarious/exhausting. The Filene's Running of the Brides event was actually really cool - there was no mayhem by the time we got there and we found some awesome dresses for a steal!!

Anyway, besides dress shopping - I had a great time with my family and friends! I miss them so much when I'm in 'the lou' - but I love knowing they are always there for me no matter how far apart we are!

It's Hannah's world, we just dance in it...

Last night was Sarah and Chris' wedding (Brian's sister and new brother-in-law). Hannah was the flower girl and Brian was an usher. Everyone looked stunning - and it was a great time! I love weddings so much - especially when the music starts to play and you see all types out there on the dance floor having so much fun!

Speaking of dancing...it is obviously in Hannah's blood. She danced from beginning to end - literally - every single song. She was quite the hit, and we had guests coming up to us left and right commenting on her. She is QUITE the entertainer!

Thank you Sarah and Chris for including us in your special day. It was a GREAT time and we couldn't be more happy for you!

Daddy and Hannah...before Flower Girl/Usher duties began.

Jim and Carol looking dashing.

Aidan hamming it up. So cute!!

A great picture of the three munchkins!

Look at that handsome usher!

A little blurry...sorry about that. Where's Noah?!

Hannah took her job very seriously.

There's both of them!

Beautiful bride and groom!

Such a fun day!

Who's a ham??

Here we are again!

Leaning on Daddy before the marathon dancing starts.

Father/Daughter Dance

Daddy/Daugther Dance!

Here's where the serious dancing begins...

Oh yeah...she's just getting warmed up.

Yep...here we go.

Taking a rest...yet, still dancing somehow.

Back up - and dancing!

Quick - water break.

And....we're back.

Still...going....

We danced, too!

Dancing with Aunt Sarah.

Dancing without Aunt Sarah...

Possibly the funniest person I've ever met (Kat).

Obviously they bonded...

"Sure, Grandpa - I've got energy left for you...!"

Someone's batteries finally died.

We had a great weekend in Wisconsin/Illinois visiting family. We spent Saturday going to Lauren's soccer game and then out to Lake Geneva - where we gave Brian a tour and showed him the Riviera (our reception site). After the mini-tour, we met Kelly & Curtis for lunch at Popeye's on the lake (not the fast food restaurant) and then we walked around like a group of tourists and had ice cream/fudge at the Mackinaw Fudge shoppe.

On Saturday night, my friends from Kenosha threw a party together at the Boathouse to meet Brian. Of course, everyone adores him (as I do!). We had a great time!!

And - then of course - Baby Giana's baptism! She is getting so big and adorable. I had fun taking pics of the kids at church. They are so cute - and growing so fast! We wish we had more time with Ryan and Kim and family - but we will see them Memorial Day in Mark, Illinois. I can't wait to see everyone again!

Daddy made sure Hannah had on her Cards gear...for Curtis' sake.

Michelle, Drew & Hannah watching Lauren in action on the soccer field.

Lauren, Reid and Carter in their soccer duds.

My Kenosha girls - love them so much!!
